He answered the rest of our questions by phone or text and we finalized the purchase electronically four days later. The truck was delivered to our home. We felt like their most important customers. Sales staff was very attentive and the vehicle we purchased is outstanding. Returned to dealership today for oil change and rotation. Service was preformed promptly and staff in service is among the finest I’ve dealt with. Had a problem with a rebate but was rectified by by the GM and issued a check on the spot. Jim Ellis Cadillac is 2 hours from our home. We will make the trip to purchase our next Cadillac from Jim Ellis. Great staff and customer service appears to be their main objective. Rear to be 100 percent satisfied in purchasing a vehicle, very nice change.

Service department is top tier. I was assigned a rep who sent me texts each day about the status of my repair and the loaner they provided was a brand new Cadillac that enjoyed driving. No hidden charges. Everything was upfront and correct.
