They were supposed to respray a bumper front and back. Car is pearl white but they painted bumper bright white. Bumper has runs in it and they burnt the top corner of back of car. Not sure why they were even doing work on that part of the car.

Stellar experience. I am very old school and very tired of the nowadays tactics of high-pressure sales, financing, etc. that dealers typically do. Pressuring you to complete an app, selling on monthly payments and xx upgrades, and packing loans. I deal mainly in Fords and Chevy for both myself and my company. I stepped outside of my comfort zone because I have admired the new escalades since they made their debut and wanted to surprise my wife with one for her birthday. I was referred to Jamie Warren by a friend of mine. I expected the tactics and slick-selling to happen to be them dealing in Cadillacs and high-end and was prepared for it as I understand this is part of it these days. This did NOT happen. Between Jamie and Chuck, they made it easier, quicker, and less stressful to buy a Cadillac Escalade for my wife than me buying basic work trucks for my guys. I like to keep dealings short, and to the point, and worry about being friends after when dealing with dealerships. They have the same goal it seems. There were very generous on our trade-in, very humble on their pricing of the new SUV, and very realistic and accommodating with financing- Jason Strong is a true professional in finance handling. We walked out not only feeling, but knowing, we were treated right, fairly, and with the same respect and directness we portrayed to them. I buy 5-10 vehicles a year for either our family or our company, and I can tell you that if I ever have the opportunity to deal in Cadillac/GM/ or their pre-owned offerings, It WILL be at Jim Ellis and with the honest and fair help of Jamie, Chuck, and Jason. As a business owner, I know everyone is quick to leave a 1-star review, and difficult to leave a 5-star review. I am one of them, I just don't leave reviews unless it is exceptionally deserved, which happens maybe twice a year. Jim Ellis and the team did more than just deserve it, they earned it. We were sold a used car that we discovered a few weeks
We were sold a used car that we discovered a few weeks later needed several thousand dollars of repairs. It was not inspected for maintenance needs because some of the needed repairs should have been obvious, i.e. oil leak, shocks leaking. If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership I would recommend you have it independently inspected and any promised repairs agreed to in writing and done before the vehicle leaves their lot. I don't believe they did the maintenance inspection stated on the Carfax report. When confronted with the cost of the repairs, they said they couldn't eat the cost of the repair, but they did offer us a discount to do them.

My credit was ran without my permission. That, to me is a violation of trust. I never asked for financing, and made it clear I would be purchasing the vehicle in cash. There was absolutely no reason to do a credit check.

No quality control, I had to go to the dealership twice
No quality control, I had to go to the dealership twice and today my Cadillac Escalade is still do have tinted windows that I was told was completed and it’s not. I was charged for window tint $599, and if I had not said anything the dealership was just going to keep my money. I don’t like to be cheated. I purchased this vehicle in good faith and I have had nothing but problems and a lost of my time traveling back and fourth to the dealership. You cannot tell me it was a mistake because a couple of days after I purchased the vehicle the dealership picked it up from my home to complete these exact things, vehicle wrap, fabric protection, tint windows and floor mats and wheel lock. I don’t have the mats or wheel lock. I have been buying vehicles for over 30 years and never went through this. So again I have to take my time to get my vehicle windows tinted the same windows I paid Jim Ellis to tint and my money was taken with a smile.

From my experience This dealership does bad business. After my purchase my vehicle was at the dealership three times and my vehicle is still not complete for what I paid for but was told it was done. If I had not taken it to a window tint shop they would have not said anything and just kept my money.

Attempting to lease a new XT6 from Jim Ellis was a complete waste of time. Of the three dealers I contacted, Ellis was the most expensive after multiple attempts. Their location was the most advantageous but their history of POOR service and now ridiculous pricing made them the worst option.

Sorry to say this but asking sales person to check all the fluids and gas but he ignored everything I said. Then I called next day and the sales person say there’s nothing he can do about it. Will not go back again

The sales man did an amazing job.
The sales man did an amazing job. The financing part felt “slimmy ”. We were never shown the different bank rates and he kept turning screen to make sure we didn’t see anything. Since we knew we were paying it off in February we let it slide. The only part I didn’t like. I would refer a friend to buy car from there, just don’t deal with financing department.
