Bridget in Jim Ellis service department is truly deserving of a 5 star rating. I brought my car in on a Thursday because there was a rough rubbing sound coming from the front right side when I pressed on the Brake pedal. Turns out I needed a new caliper. Mr Higgins has regained my trust in this dealership, my Cadillac Lyriq was service and he also fixed a few things that I wasn't aware. Nae was very thorough with the problem I was having with my XT6. He explained the problem that was going on for me to easily understand. Overall great experience purchasing my Cadillac VISTIQ from Jim Ellis Cadillac. Zane and Jake were great. No add-ons bundled or other pricing shenanigans. I would give it a 9/10 overall. Dealership purchases still take too long between all the negotiations and various stages. CarMax has spoiled us on purchase efficiency. Fix that and 10/10

I had to have my battery replaced in my 2020 XT5. Paloma Garcia was my service rep. Was very impressed with her personality and knowledge. I thought the price was reasonable. It took about 2 hours to complete the work.
Some deals are easy - some aren’t. My deal had some unique challenges and Justin, Jake and Zane stuck with me and helped get it done. I’m grateful for their patience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done on my 2014 ATS Cadillac on August 1 by Jim Ellis Cadillac dealership. I was really impressed by the detailed work that was done, and most important, I was relieved to know that they were able to locate and repair the problem that I was having with my car.
Tim took the time to explain the trade-in process thoroughly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I had several concerns and needed clarity on a few things, and Tim was incredibly patient and respectful throughout our conversations. Even though I ultimately decided not to move forward at this time, I truly appreciate how I was treated …no pressure, just helpful honest communication. I was in Georgia visiting family and noticed my car was at 23%. I didn't think I would be able to make it home to illinois without needing my oil changed. I contacted the dealership on Monday (holiday) to see if I could get my oil changed by Tuesday or Wednesday as I was scheduled to return to illinois on Wednesday. They were able to get me in Tuesday morning. The service was great! The people at the desk were great as well. Kudos to Jim Ellis Cadillac! Very satisfied customer! 🙂
