The Cadillac Legacy
Jim Ellis Cadillac is honored to continue one of the greatest and oldest automotive legacies in the world. That legacy began in the early 1900s when Henry Ford turned his second business, the Henry Ford Company, over to investors after ongoing disagreements. That floundering company was almost discarded until engineer Henry Leland urged the investors to give him the reins and bring the company back to life. With Leland at the helm, the Cadillac Automobile Company was formed, and the Cadillac legacy officially began.

I drove all the way downn from Alaska to purchase a new Hummer they had on the lot. I was greeted by a tall drink of water with a beautiful accent named Jonathan Arante, who asked us if we needed any food or drinks after such a long drive. We have never had service like this before and were blown away by the complete vehicle demonstration. These guys were so top notch!! Very professional and attentive service
I needed a rear seat video screen repaired but was warned it might not be under warranty. The service consultant went above and beyond to take pictures and write up the cause of damage to get screen repaired under warranty. They always go the extra step. They have a great TEAM in their service department. I would highly recommend.
Great service & customer service
Brandon Black’s customer service was exceptional! I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation but had additional questions about maintenance. He was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Additionally I needed assistance with a parts issue and he personally took care of it without my prompting. I appreciate that above and beyond type of service. I will definitely be back for continued maintenance in the future!
Have to thank Brandon and the service team for taking care of an oil change, tire rotation and more this morning. Knew it would take some time. So, I worked ahead for a couple hours in their waiting area. Great space with outlets to plug-in, great WiFi (thankfully), and Starbucks coffees or water, if you like. While checking out, Brandon looked for current GM discounts for service to make sure I received a great price, which ended up free with my GM rewards points! And, I’m always grateful for the car wash & tire shine. All this… and I drive a Traverse. Thankful for their service department since my experience at a Chevy dealership across town was awful, previously. JEC is open late on Saturdays, too! Thanks guys.
Repeat customer - never disappointed. Problems happen, but how you fix them is what counts. Folks like Brandon and Tyler make the problems pretty much seamless - that’s what counts. Brandon Black was able to get me scheduled and service completed within 2 days of dropping by without an appointment. Other local Cadillac dealers were scheduling 2 weeks out. Service and attention to details were exceptional. Brandon provided Lyft to/from work complementary and even impeccably hand washed my CT5-V.

Don’t hesitate to work with Justin and Jim Ellis. We hate the process of buying vehicles, the high pressure sales dance is exhausting. Justin, met my husband at the end of the work day to show him the vehicle we had found on their website. No expectations or pressure that evening during the test drive. He answered the rest of our questions by phone or text and we finalized the purchase electronically four days later. The truck was delivered to our home. We felt like their most important customers.
