Jim Ellis Cadillac is honored to continue one of the greatest and oldest automotive legacies in the world. That legacy began in the early 1900s when Henry Ford turned his second business, the Henry Ford Company, over to investors after ongoing disagreements. That floundering company was almost discarded until engineer Henry Leland urged the investors to give him the reins and bring the company back to life. With Leland at the helm, the Cadillac Automobile Company was formed, and the Cadillac legacy officially began.

I hate the car buying process, especially being a woman since everyone assumes you dont know anything. It’s also really hard to find a sales representative that has your best interest at heart. Not only did Jason take the stress out of buying a car, but he would go to bat to get you the best deal. His Attention to detail and customer care is outstanding. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, and I truly think that he should be responsible to train any new hires because they would everyone buying their cars
I just wanted to say that I ALWAYS have the best service and time when I take my Cadillac to be serviced at Jim Ellis Cadillac in Peachtree Blvd. This time I had the pleasure to work with Mark Smith and he was amazing. He kept me informed about where my car was during service and when it was being detailed and about to be brought up. Mark was GREAT! I’m so thankful that although I bought my suv out of state, Jim Ellis and every Service Advisor that I work with are always very accommodating since I have a dealership prepaid service plan. I can’t wait to purchase my next car from them. With service this good, I will not be going anywhere else. Sales manager won't return my calls overcharge me taxes and charge me $354 for the state of Georgia that should have been a waiver for that from Alabama I would never buy another car from these people didn't keep that car two months and traded it for another Cadillac I would charge you for my taxes overcharged me for a title registration fee and I'm not a resident of Georgia the title clerk told me when I asked about my tag I went four times the tag office they did not familiar with but telling the car to somebody in Alabama when they said they were $354 overcharged for Georgia title fees it was not necessary $1,700 they will charge me for my taxes have yet to get it back in the sales manager will not call me back horrible beware of this organization
I originally did not have the best experience with this dealership but the General Manager, Patrick, reached out to make things right. He went above and beyond to make things right and he put me with the best sales person you could ever ask for. Jason is knowledgeable, funny, and just cares about the customer. We weren’t able to make a car work but trust me, it was not without trying every single avenue possible. I 100% wish we could have made something work but it came down to something that was out of all of our control and more so the car itself. They wouldn’t let me take it because they didn’t feel like it was up to their standards and they didn’t want there to be any buyer’s remorse or regret. Something that started off as “never go here!” Is now “only go see Jason”. There need to be more sales people like him and clearly Patrick has a catch.
I'd like to start by saying that the level of service we received was second to none. My son had been in the market for his first car, a Volkswagen Golf GTI, which he would be buying with my help. I hoped he would have a good experience, and Alex helped create that. My son called and got information on the car he wanted, and they set up a time to test drive it. When we arrived, Alex offered my son the keys, and while he looked over the car, Alex patiently answered all his questions. Then, Alex offered him the opportunity to drive the car. Throughout the process, Alex was never pushy, and we didn't feel pressured. After the test drive, we decided to pursue purchasing the car. Following some conversation and negotiation, we agreed on a price and began working on financing. After a short wait, we were introduced to Pablo, the finance manager, who handled the purchase. Pablo was extremely helpful, providing all available options. In short, this was one of my best car dealership experiences. If they have what I'm looking for in the future, they will definitely have my business.

the service manager Paloma Garcia is excellent excellente very informant make sure that my extended warranty was used to the fullest always kept me updated on everything that was going on. only thing I didn't know that didn't do was loners anymore but she took care of that she sent me to Enterprise and then had to get reimbursed from my extended warranty very good service there every time I've taken my car there it's been excellent service she's outstanding
Jim Ellis has taken care of me every time I come there didn't realize that they don't do loaners anymore but they did send me up with Enterprise to get a car and thank God for Miss Paloma Garcia she is excellent she took very good care of me paperwork took care of the extended warranty information 10 out of 10 for me.
The dealership is clean and the emoyees are courtesy and helpful. The different departments I worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. I especially enjoyed working with Lariion Downs.. He listened to all our questions and answered all of them. He took the time to explain all the technical equipment in the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. When the car was delivered he called to let us know that it was on the way and then called again to make sure the delivery went well. He is a definite asset to your company.
