The Cadillac Legacy
Jim Ellis Cadillac is honored to continue one of the greatest and oldest automotive legacies in the world. That legacy began in the early 1900s when Henry Ford turned his second business, the Henry Ford Company, over to investors after ongoing disagreements. That floundering company was almost discarded until engineer Henry Leland urged the investors to give him the reins and bring the company back to life. With Leland at the helm, the Cadillac Automobile Company was formed, and the Cadillac legacy officially began.

the service manager Paloma Garcia is excellent excellente very informant make sure that my extended warranty was used to the fullest always kept me updated on everything that was going on. only thing I didn't know that didn't do was loners anymore but she took care of that she sent me to Enterprise and then had to get reimbursed from my extended warranty very good service there every time I've taken my car there it's been excellent service she's outstanding
Jim Ellis has taken care of me every time I come there didn't realize that they don't do loaners anymore but they did send me up with Enterprise to get a car and thank God for Miss Paloma Garcia she is excellent she took very good care of me paperwork took care of the extended warranty information 10 out of 10 for me.
The dealership is clean and the emoyees are courtesy and helpful. The different departments I worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. I especially enjoyed working with Lariion Downs.. He listened to all our questions and answered all of them. He took the time to explain all the technical equipment in the car and made sure I was comfortable with everything. When the car was delivered he called to let us know that it was on the way and then called again to make sure the delivery went well. He is a definite asset to your company.

Upon my arrival for a factory recall I was greeted by Brandon and my issue was taken care of expeditiously. All my requests were handled also to ensure I had a great experience.
The car buying process was fantastic and my salesman Jason took real good care of me. He truly made sure that I walked out happy and I felt like I got a great deal. The actual inside of Cadillac facility was so beautiful and I felt like I was getting a luxurious experience. Because of this experience, I will be recommending this dealership to everyone.
Horrible service department! My car was in service for 2 full weeks, and I’m having the same problem I had for which I took the car in for service. I don’t believe anything was done to my car. Brandon Black claimed it was test driven several times. That is absolutely a lie as I’m still experiencing the same drag and bumping that I took the car in for. Furthermore, I had to keep calling to get an update on my car. I should have taken it to Capital Cadillac. They are much more efficient and professional than Jim Ellis Service. Now four days in after picking up my car, I’m having the exact same problem and even more issues. I am convinced that after Jim Ellis having my car for 2 full weeks, absolutely nothing was done to fully diagnose the issue. They changed the oil and that was it, and I believe that was only done to account for why my car was there two weeks ago. Jim Ellis Cadillac service is by far the worst service department I’ve ever experienced. Now I’ve got to find another servicer to resolve the issues with my car.
Jason was great at helping me pick a vehicle, I went in looking for one thing and when that didn’t work he helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and I was beyond happy. 10/10 experience!
Very helpful, I have never ordered a car online, the sales person was knowledgeable and helped me from start to finish
