The Cadillac Legacy
Jim Ellis Cadillac is honored to continue one of the greatest and oldest automotive legacies in the world. That legacy began in the early 1900s when Henry Ford turned his second business, the Henry Ford Company, over to investors after ongoing disagreements. That floundering company was almost discarded until engineer Henry Leland urged the investors to give him the reins and bring the company back to life. With Leland at the helm, the Cadillac Automobile Company was formed, and the Cadillac legacy officially began.

Bridget in Jim Ellis service department is truly deserving of a 5 star rating. I brought my car in on a Thursday because there was a rough rubbing sound coming from the front right side when I pressed on the Brake pedal. Turns out I needed a new caliper. Not a huge deal, but I had to drive my car back to Chicago Sunday and they wouldn’t be able to repair my car until Wednesday. I informed Bridget of my situation. She consulted with her team, and they devised a plan to repair my car and return it to me by Saturday afternoon. The plan went as scheduled. This was possible because James, one of Jim Ellis’ mechanics, came to work on his off day to repair my car! Bridget and James of Jim Ellis service department are stellar examples of 5 star service.
