Although there are many things to look for in a luxury SUV, large interior displays are often at the top of the list, as they can make many other tech features easier to use. Both Cadillac and Lincoln clearly got the message, and they deliver large screens that stretch across the front ends of these two SUVs. And yet, there’s a significant difference between them.

The Cadillac Escalade features a gorgeous 55-inch curved Horizon Display that spans the entire front end, making it incredibly easy to see what you need. Inside the Navigator, we find a noticeably smaller 48-inch display that’s still impressive in its own right, but it highlights just how much more Cadillac gives you. For functionality, sophistication, and style, the Escalade simply cannot be beat; and this is only the start.

A Stunning AKG Sound System in the Escalade

We know many audiophiles who look at vehicle sound systems before just about anything else. Even if you are not quite as intense about music while driving, you still deserve something that sounds great. The Lincoln Navigator has some impressive audio, including a 28-speaker Revel Ultima 3D sound system in the highest trim levels, which is quite good.

In luxury models like these, however, “quite good” isn’t good enough, and Cadillac proves that. The highest Escalade levels come with a stunning 38-speaker AKG Studio Reference sound system with Dolby Atmos. This fills the spacious Escalade’s interior with a truly unbelievable sound that is rich, warm, and absolutely decadent. You have to hear it to fully appreciate it.

More Great Interior Tech Features from Cadillac

The BlueCruise hands-free driving system found on the Lincoln Navigator works well, but we simply prefer GM’s technology. We find that it has proven itself better than other options, and GM continues to innovate with features like hands-free towing support.
